Outmatic
About Us
Outmatic exists for the chapter your current setup can't carry: the next market, the harder product, the bet you can't afford to get wrong. That's the line we started with in 2017, and it's still the brief. Be the engineering partner sitting behind a client's next big move, and make sure it lands.
How we work
Every engagement is different. These aren't. They're the foundation we build every relationship on.
/1
We listen before we propose.
Every engagement starts with your actual situation, not a template. The technical landscape, the team dynamics, the constraints that didn't make it into the brief. We shape the work around what we hear, not around what we'd prefer to sell.
/2
The people who decide are the people who build.
No handoff between sales and delivery. The engineers behind the architecture are the ones writing the code. Decisions stay close to the work, not filtered through layers that weren't in the room when it mattered.
/3
Every engineer is accountable, not just available.
We don't place people and disappear. Every engineer working with you has structured support, regular check-ins, and someone at Outmatic who stays responsible for the quality of their work, not just their availability.

AI in our work
What you get from Outmatic has never been about team size. It's about understanding your context and making the right calls. Since 2025, every engineer who works with you is AI-augmented: not as an experiment, but as a defined standard. Code generation, automated testing, architecture exploration, documentation. AI handles the repetitive layers so your engineers focus on the decisions that require judgement.
The Outmatic AI Developer Standard
Every engineer you get comes AI-fluent.
Whether you embed an engineer in your team or hand us end-to-end delivery, the engineers working with you already use AI tools as part of their daily practice. There's a defined Outmatic AI Developer Standard. You're not paying for their learning curve: you're getting the productivity benefit from day one.
Typically 30% fewer engineers to hit the same milestone.
When engineers work AI-augmented, you often need a smaller team than you'd expect. We'll tell you that upfront, even when it means a smaller contract for us.
First working delivery in weeks, not quarters.
The time from kickoff to a working first iteration compresses significantly. Not because we cut corners, but because the tooling absorbs work that used to take days: boilerplate, test scaffolding, initial documentation.
The people
Every technical decision about your project is made by someone who's built production systems, not filtered through layers optimising for billable hours. Engineers who think architecturally, push back when it matters, and stay long enough to understand your codebase. We invest in their growth so they keep investing in yours.
The board
Developer since 2000. Two decades across enterprise telecoms, luxury, and fintech: always from the technical side, never from sales. Founded Outmatic in Warsaw in 2017 with a single line on the wall — *Behind your next big thing* — and built the company around it: be the engineering partner sitting behind a client's biggest move, and make sure it lands.
Developer and founder. Built and exited a previous IT company, then freelanced across travel, luxury, and fintech before joining Outmatic in 2018. Shareholder and Vice-President since 2021. Brings the perspective of someone who's been both inside an agency and on the other side of the contract, and knows exactly where the model tends to break.
A long career in IT across the United States and Poland, spanning delivery, leadership, and organisational strategy. Joined Outmatic as Board Advisor in 2023, bringing external rigour and a strategic perspective on how the company grows without losing what makes it work.
“The whole point is to be the part nobody puts in the press release. The engineering behind a client's next big thing: the market they cracked, the product that finally shipped, the bet that paid off. If our work is what made that possible, we did our job.”
Alessandro Petrelli, Chairman of the Board
You don't need the engagement figured out before we speak. Tell us the next move you're trying to make and what's standing in the way. The shape of the work follows from there.
