Developer and Architect. Over twenty years across enterprises, luxury, and fintech, always on the technical side, never in sales. That background is what shaped Outmatic. Founded in Warsaw in 2017 around a single conviction: the best engineering partner is the one sitting behind your biggest move, not in front of it. Close enough to understand what's really at stake. Skilled enough to make sure it lands.
Developer and founder. Built and exited a previous IT company, then freelanced across travel, luxury, and fintech before joining Outmatic in 2018. Shareholder and Vice-President since 2021. Brings the perspective of someone who's been both inside an agency and on the other side of the contract, and knows exactly where the model tends to break.
A long career in IT across the United States and Poland, spanning delivery, leadership, and organisational strategy. Joined Outmatic as Board Advisor in 2023, bringing external rigour and a strategic perspective on how the company grows without losing what makes it work.
